Tom and Shannon Roots - Tom was hired as Timberline's Executive Director in 2014. They have been serving in full-time Christian Camping for almost 30 years. Shannon serves as the Bookkeeper and also runs the Fillin’ Station (our snack/gift shop) during the summer. They have three adult children and one granddaughter.
Aaron, Sarah and Charleigh Roots- Aaron joined Timberline’s full-time staff in May 2019. Aaron is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and recently completed his Masters of Organizational Leadership through Colorado Christian University. Aaron and Sarah met and married at Timberline after serving on our staff in various roles since 2014. Aaron is the Director of our Summer Ministry Team and Sarah has the honor of mothering Charleigh, but absolutely loves that she has the opportunity to lead the summer staff girls in Bible Study. They are both passionate about Christian Camping and excited to see how God uses them in this ministry.
Seth and Madison Singer- Seth joined Timberline’s full-time staff in August 2021. Seth and Madison both served on Timberline’s Summer Ministry Team multiple summers. Seth received his Associates from Tyler Junior College in May 2022 and is working towards his Bachelors at University of Texas at Tyler while Madison enjoys teaching First Grade locally. Seth and Madison met at Timberline and were married in 2021.
