The Summer Ministry Team (SMT) at Timberline offers an amazing opportunity for you to grow physically, socially and spiritually. It can also be a very demanding job. As part of the SMT you will experience many areas of service. Scrubbing, scraping, sweeping, mowing, mopping and plunging will all be part of this opportunity, but so will loving, laughing, zipping, canoeing, swimming and sliding. As a member of the SMT you are asked to put in many hard hours in the Texas heat. We do all of this so our guests can have a camp experience that will change their lives while our lives are being changed as well. The work isn’t always glamorous, but it is crucial to the impact that Timberline has on the Kingdom of God.
