We would like to welcome you to Timberline Baptist Camp and Conference Center. Timberline is a year-round camp and conference center facility that is equipped to meet the needs of any group. Timberline exists to provide an atmosphere where groups and individuals can grow in Christ-likeness.

1. Who can use Timberline?

Timberline is available to Christian groups and other non-profit groups whose actions and teachings are not contrary to our basic Biblical beliefs in Jesus Christ.

Family reunions and other groups may use Timberline if calendar dates are available and there is not a conflict with our Christian theology.

2. What do I need to bring?

Flashlight, bug spray, comfortable clothes, jeans, tennis shoes, bedding/towels (unless you are staying in one of the motel buildings), toiletries, Bible, hair dryer and spending money for our Fillin' Station (concessions and gift shop).

3. Will I have internet access?

We have limited wireless internet access in our Office and Dining Hall. If you need to connect, please see one of our staff to get the password.

4. Does Timberline furnish ice?

You may purchase ice from us for $1.50 per bag or you may pay by the ice chest.

5. What is the minimum number of people that my group needs to bring in order to have a retreat at Timberline?

Timberline is available to groups large and small.  Groups under 20 may need to make special arrangements for food service if you are the only group on grounds, but we are happy to accommodate groups of any size.

6. What time is check-in/out?

During the summer, check-in/out is 2:00 pm. During our retreat season, check-in/out times are flexible and should be discussed when making the reservation.

7. Do you have accommodations for special needs?

All of our dorms are handicap accessible. Please contact us if your group will need special accommodations in the motel buildings. If you have special dietary restrictions, please contact us to make arrangements. We may be able to meet dietary guidelines if your group is the only one having meals with us.

8. Can I bring a pet?

While we understand the love people have for their pets, we ask that all pets remain at home.

9. What is the cost to have a retreat?

10. Are there other charges my group will incur?

Timberline's rates cover lodging, meals and one meeting space. Some of our supervised recreation (i.e. paintball, zipline, archery, etc.) requires an extra fee to be charged. These charges are on our Rates page.
