1. Who can use Timberline?
Timberline is available to Christian groups and other non-profit groups whose actions and teachings are not contrary to our basic Biblical beliefs in Jesus Christ, and fall in line with our mission statement, located on the “Who We Are” page.
2. What do I need to bring?
Flashlight, bug spray, comfortable clothes, jeans, tennis shoes, bedding/towels (unless you are staying in one of the motel buildings), toiletries, Bible, hair dryer and spending money for our Fillin' Station (concessions and gift shop).
3. Will I have internet access?
We have wireless internet access in the Office, Dining Hall, Tabernacle, and Hillside. If you need to connect, please see one of our staff to get the password.
4. What is the minimum number of people that my group needs to bring in order to have a retreat at Timberline?
Timberline is available to groups large and small. Groups under 20 may need to make special arrangements for food service if you are the only group on grounds, but we are happy to accommodate groups of any size.
5. What time is check-in/out?
During the summer, check-in is 2:00 p.m., while check out is 10:00 a.m. During our retreat season, check-in/out times are flexible and should be discussed when making the reservation.
6. Do you have accommodations for special needs?
All of our dorms are handicap accessible. Please contact us if your group will need special accommodations in the motel buildings. If you have special dietary restrictions, please contact us to make arrangements. Please be as specific as possible when describing the dietary restriction so that we can best meet your needs.
7. Can I bring a pet?
While we understand the love people have for their pets, we ask that all pets remain at home.
8. Are there other charges my group will incur?
Timberline's rates cover lodging, meals and one meeting space. Some of our supervised recreation (i.e. paintball, zipline, archery, etc.) requires an extra fee to be charged. For more information about rates, please contact our office at 903-882-3183.
